Cancellations

  • The $1,000 deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event may be eligible for a refund of payments made beyond the deposit, at the discretion of Anahulu Events.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

 

Postponements / Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule must be made in writing.

  • Where notice is provided more than 7 days prior to the event, the deposit may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.

  • Requests made within 7 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or additional rescheduling fees.

  • Rescheduled events must take place within 6 months of the original booking date unless otherwise agreed.

 

Force Majeure (Weather & Emergencies)

Anahulu Events will not be held liable for failure or delay in delivering services due to events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, power outages, or other unforeseen emergencies.

In such circumstances, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule your event to an alternative date, subject to availability. Refunds will not be guaranteed, and the deposit will remain non-refundable; however, payments may be credited toward a future booking at the discretion of Anahulu Events.

By confirming your booking and making payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms as outlined on your invoice and booking confirmation.
